I really like this wedge pillow, it is nice and firm as the other reviews stated. That’s exactly what I wanted, because I’m actually using it for “other” bedroom purposes: positioning aid (it’s *much* cheaper than the wedges sold at the intimacy clinics). The 12″ height is just right.

This pillow is VERY firm and I actually have to put another pillow on top of it, but as far as the incline goes… it was exactly what I needed to breathe easier at night.

|Not comfortable at all bad purchase,
This was a terrible purchase and is non returnable. The so called foam pillow is hard as a rock and has no softness at all not one bit. It maybe fine for using while sitting up but is worthless for use as a sleeping pillow unless you like sleeping on a rock. This was the first item I ever bought on Amazon that I wished I did not buy. I would recommend looking for a different one and skipping this one.

I guess this item is good for the price. The stuffing is not evenly distributed to the edges of the pillow which is a bit of a disappointment. It is more focused in the center of the pillow leaving the edges empty.
I will also say that it seems a bit small for a Euro pillow. I am not sure if it’s just the depth of it, or the overall size, but it leaves my Euro sham case inches empty on one side. I actually have to fold over part of the sham so it is not noticeable.
If you want to use this pillow for certain resting positions, it does the job. Not the best for a decorative Euro sham though.

This is the fifth body pillow I’ve purchased in the last two years and I’ve finally found one that works! This is a great pillow for any one with back or hip problems. It’s nice and thick and seems to be firm enough that it won’t squish down like all the rest of them did. I’m giving it 4 starts because only time will tell whether or not it will stay firm and thick.
8/28/2011 – I’ve had this pillow for over a year now and it’s still nice and firm!

This is the best body pillow I’ve ever had. It is both longer and more plump & lofty than any I’ve owned.After several weeks of nightly use it has shown no sign of “pancaking” like so many others have.I am very pleased with this purchase and would buy this product again.
